Meet Kristina

A designer by trade, an artist in spirit, and a romantic at heart...

I feel like the luckiest girl in the world! I create beautiful things for fun, happy and wonderful people to celebrate the special events in their lives.

I am fascinated by love stories…what makes two people come together and where their story goes from here.

I find inspiration in beautiful fabrics, intricate embroideries, and vintage laces.

I am more than a little obsessed with antique jewelry, silver, and crystal. (Who can resist a little sparkle?!?)

I love iced tea, Christmas shopping, baseball, and champagne cocktails.

I love being a wife and a mom.

I love talking and laughing with friends - old and new!

I love the tradition, romance and hope of a wedding.

My grandmothers passed down to me their love of creativity through the skills they taught me: sewing, cooking, gardening and entertaining. My mom spent endless hours refining my sewing and design techniques. Mom also gave me a love of people through her caring example towards others. My dad showed me that hard wok creates luck and opportunity. My family has inspired me to follow my passion for design and create a unique space for my work and my clients.

I can’t wait to meet you and hear your story...

Design Philosophy
"Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful"

Ms. Hepburn had it right! Because your wedding is one of the happiest of days, you should look and feel your best! Your gown, hair, make-up, and accessories should all work together to bring out your own unique style of beauty! Creating your own beauty and style with a pulled together, polished look will give you confidence on your big day!

If you are a bridesmaid, mother, or guest attending a special event; beautiful accessories and styling can add the perfect finishing touches to your ensemble. Just as a fun handbag or beautiful jewelry can be the perfect accent to a great outfit, a beautiful veil or hair accessory can add personality and style to your wedding gown.

Your veil, jewelry and other accessories are the details that show who you are and what makes you unique and special. So many times these things are overlooked as "extras", when these finishing touches are so important in finishing your bridal or formal look. Your wedding is the one day that you can wear a beautiful veil, an amazing vintage bracelet, or carry that unique bag that you just love!

"Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful" is about bringing out the best in you! Whether your style is classic, romantic, bohemian, or something in between, a private consultation at Something Tulle will help you put all of the details together for your wedding or special event. Visit the gallery for a preview of just a few of the many styles that you can see and try on during your private appointment!

Company History (Kristina Eaton Ltd. Logo/Something Tulle photos)

I began my bridal career while a student at the University of Illinois. I was fortunate to find a job at a small bridal boutique working with brides, pressing gowns, dying shoes and doing many other tasks. After college, I began working for Priscilla of Boston at one of their exclusive flagship boutiques in Denver, CO. While working there, I started playing with different types of bridal headpieces, veils and other accessories.

Later, after my own wedding, I founded Kristina Eaton Limited, my signature bridal veil and accessory company. In 2014, Kristina Eaton, Ltd. will celebrate 20 years in the bridal industry. Since founding my company, I have been honored to work with an amazing array of wonderful brides to create beautiful, keepsake veils, headpieces and accessories. I have also been fortunate enough to work with many professionals throughout the bridal industry. These editors, stylists, designers, photographers, shop owners and business people have given me so many opportunities and inspirations. Kristina Eaton, Ltd. designs have been featured in nearly every major bridal magazine in the U.S., including, Bride’s, Modern Bride, Bridal Guide, Elegant Bride, Martha Stewart Weddings and many other beautiful wedding publications. Our collections are available in many wonderful boutiques across the U.S. and Canada, including The White Dress by the Shore, The Gown Boutique of Charleston, The Princess Bridal, Michelle’s Bridal Shop, Town and Country Bridal, and Vera Wang Bridals, to name just a few.

Something Tulle is a dream come true for me. For the first time, brides can visit my private studio space, relax, and be inspired to find their own wedding day beauty.
